Pedro A. Martínez is the founder and pastor of Iglesia Cristiana Amor, located in Miami Florida. Iglesia Cristiana Amor has been in existence since 1990. He is also the founder and president of H.O.P.E. in Miami Beach, a nonprofit, faith-based organization that has worked to reduce homelessness in the City of Miami Beach since 2002. Pastor A. Martínez is a graduate of Denver Seminary in Denver, Colorado. He holds a MA Diploma in Christian Leadership. Since 1994 he has been a missionary with American Missionary Fellowship, America 's oldest home mission founded in 1817. Along with his wife, Maria; they are partners in Fortune Capital Group, LLLP. They have three adult children and reside in Miami, Florida .

Mrs. Martínez is a graduate of the University of Miami, she holds a B.A. in Business Administration. Together with her husband, pastor Martínez, she has been serving the City of Miami since 1990. On a volunteer basis, Mrs. Martínez is part of the budget committee, Sunday School Superintendent, teacher and directs many of the matters that pertain to the Miami-Dade County, Department of Planning and Zoning for the church and preschool. María is self-employed as a private investor and property manager, along with her husband, Pedro; they are partners in Fortune Capital Group, LLLP.

Ms. Ricelli has a Masters of Science degree in Adult Education. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She works full-time as Director of Workforce Recruitment at Florida International University where she has been employed for the past 12 years. She also teaches at the University on human resources topics and is often called upon as a lecturer in regards to Workforce Planning. On a volunteer basis, Ms. Ricelli is the Director for Christian Kids Academy. Under her leadership, the preschool has maintained its accreditation, partnered with private agencies to secure funding and has grown to full capacity.

Mr. Cardounel is a Civil Engineer and land surveyor. He has been a servant of the community since 1971. His political service includes: Member of the Florida HOME for You Committee, State of Florida Commissioner on Hispanic Affairs, State Chairman Hispanic to elect President Carter Committee, named by President Carter and the US Secretary of Commerce to the Florida Export Committee, Appointed by President Carter as Special Ambassador to study the Human Rights in ten Latin America Countries, Democratic Nominee to the Florida State House of Representatives. Attended several White House functions in behalf of the Hispanic Community of Florida, Inaugurations ceremonies of President Carter, Regan and several Latin American Presidents. Mr. Cardounel's civic service includes: Founder of Lions Club of Plantation, Founder of the Cuban American Club in Ft. Lauderdale , Member of the Latin American Chambers of Commerce of Broward County and Organizer of the Hispanic American Manpower Program. Board of Realtors, legislative Committee, Vice -President Florida Builders Association and Big Lakes Investment S.A. (Dominican Republic).
